This unit highlights some of the key laboratory techniques in modern molecular biology. Techniques covered include DNA isolation, advanced polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods, DNA cloning and sequencing, proteomics, protein expression, discovery and purification methods, cell culture techniques and antibody technology.
